How much can I earn?

We are not publishing earnings figures. A proposed ambassador rate schedule exists as an internal draft, but it has not been approved and no effective date has been set. Anyone quoting you a rate from this program right now is going beyond what has been decided.

Will taking part affect my disability benefits?

We cannot advise you on that, and we will not tell you your benefits are safe. Rules differ by country, program, and personal circumstances. Please check with your benefits adviser or caseworker before accepting paid work.

Do I have to disclose my disability?

No. The application asks about your skills, interests, availability, and the work setup you need. It never asks for a diagnosis or medical files. There is a separate restricted channel if you want to request an adjustment.

The program is built for adults with disabilities, and others who want to take part are welcome too. Accessibility testing in particular depends on a wide range of lived experience with assistive technology.

What is the relationship with DigiNet Access?

DigiNet Access is the customer-facing business that sells and delivers accessibility services. Ability Ready Access is the partner platform where people apply, train, register introductions, and take on paid work. They are connected activities with different audiences.

Is there any recruitment commission for signing people up?

No. There are no recruitment commissions, no downline overrides, and no earnings from bringing other people into the program. Introductions are of businesses that need accessibility work, not of new members.

How and when do people get paid?

Every paid assignment states its pay before you take it on. Once your work is approved it appears in your earnings record, and you can ask for a payout from your account. A person reviews and arranges each payment, so payouts are not instant and we will confirm the method with you.

What is in the training?

Short, self-paced courses covering getting started, customer conversations, accessible communication, digital safety, and being ready for an assignment. They are free, you can stop and come back, and your progress is saved to your account.

Do I have to finish the training before I can take an assignment?

Not always, but some assignments will ask for a specific course first. Each posting says what it needs. Finishing the training also helps us match you with work that suits you.

How do assignments work?

Paid assignments are posted on the Assignments page with the task, the pay, the number of places, and a closing date. If one suits you, tell us you are interested and add anything you want us to know. A person reads every response and your account shows where you stand.

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as the working target and test with real assistive technology, not only automated scans. Our Accessibility Statement records what has been tested and what has not.
