What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Participation is free
There is no enrollment charge, no required purchase, no paid rank advancement, no recruitment commission, and no earnings from anyone you bring into the program.
No promise of work or income
Acceptance into the program is not employment and is not an offer of work. We do not promise assignments, hours, income, or the preservation of any benefit you receive. Opportunity volume depends on real customer demand.
No compliance guarantee
Neither Ability Ready Access nor DigiNet Access guarantees legal compliance, an accessibility certification, or immunity from accessibility complaints for any organization.
Proposed compensation is not an offer
A proposed rate schedule is stored inside the platform as an owner-reviewed draft. It has no effective date and creates no obligation. No payment obligation exists until the owner approves a plan version and it is applied to recorded, eligible activity.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate information in your application and in your work records.
- Get permission before sharing someone's contact details as an introduction.
- Do not promise pricing, timelines, outcomes, or compliance on behalf of DigiNet Access.
- Keep customer information confidential.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself.
Ending participation
You can leave at any time. We may suspend or end participation for inaccurate records, breaches of confidentiality, or conduct that harms members or customers. Records required for audit and financial accuracy are retained.
Governing entity
The contracting entity and its address for Ability Ready Access are being confirmed and will be stated here rather than guessed. Accessibility services to customers are provided by DIGI NET ACCESS INC.
