How It Works

A clear path, written down at every step

No mystery process, no verbal promises. You can see where you are and what happens next.

  1. Step 1

    Apply

Tell us your interests, skills, availability, the work setup you need, and how you prefer to be contacted. Save and resume as often as you like.

  2. Step 2

    Review

A person reviews your application. You will see the status in your account and be notified of the decision — accepted, more information needed, or not a fit right now.

  3. Step 3

    Orientation

Accepted members complete a short orientation and sign a participation agreement so expectations are written down on both sides.

  4. Step 4

    Choose your pathways

Turn on the pathways you want: introductions, accessibility testing, skilled services, support assignments. You can change these later.

  5. Step 5

    Take part

Register introductions or accept assignments. Every item shows its terms before you commit and its status afterwards.

  6. Step 6

    Track and get paid

Your account records every approved amount, what has already been paid, and what is available. When you have an approved balance you can ask for a payout, and a person arranges it with you.

Ability Ready Access

The partner platform. This is where people apply, train, register introductions, accept assignments, and track their records.

DigiNet Access

The customer-facing business at diginetaccess.com. It sells and manages digital accessibility assessments, audits, remediation, human testing, and ongoing services, and it owns delivery to the customer.

How the two connect

A controlled connection between the two systems — for customer progress and eligible collections — is being designed and is not yet operational. Until its source, permissions, event handling, and reconciliation are verified, introduction progress is updated through a disclosed manual workflow and labelled as such.
