Privacy notice
Plain language first. The formal version follows once it has been reviewed.
Draft — under owner review
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials.
- Application details: interests, skills, availability, the work setup you need, your preferred way of being contacted, and the pathways you select.
- Activity records: introductions you register, assignments you accept, work and time records you submit, training progress, agreements you accept, and support messages.
- Security and audit records of important actions on your account.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Diagnoses, medical records, or medical files.
- Disability detail beyond the adjustments you choose to tell us you need.
- Card numbers. Payment details are handled by a hosted, tokenized payment provider — raw card data never enters our records, logs, forms, or support attachments.
Accommodation requests
Adjustment requests go through a separate restricted channel and are not stored with your general application. They are visible only to the people who need them to arrange the adjustment.
Who can see your information
You can see your own records. Owners and explicitly authorized staff can see what their role requires. Owner troubleshooting that views a participant account is logged, clearly marked, and cannot take financial actions. Your password and any banking details are never visible to staff.
Sharing
Business introductions you register are shared with DigiNet Access so the opportunity can be pursued. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your information, and you can set your notification preferences. Essential security and transaction notices cannot be switched off while your account is active.
Contacting us about privacy
A monitored privacy contact address will be published here once the email service for this platform has been verified. We are not listing an address we have not confirmed is being received.
